Vehicle Theft Prevention

When it comes to preventing vehicle theft, there are things you can do to reduce your odds of becoming a victim:

• Park in well lit and travelled areas 
• Never leave your keys / fobs in your vehicle
• Garage your vehilcle if possible when left at home
• If that is not possible, use exterior lighting and cameras to deter thieves while your vehicle is parked in your driveway
• Use a steering wheel lock / immobilizer like the ones pictured below
  • The CLUB style devices attach to your steering wheel to prevent movement of the wheel
  • The cable lock styles thread through the steering wheel and secure in your seat belt with a lock
