Cultural Arts is a division of the City of Lee’s Summit Administration Department. The division, in collaboration with the Cultural Commission, serves as the local arts agency for the City and the community. In addition to initiating and supporting a variety of arts and culture programs, the division administers the City’s public art program, Arts Week, and funding programs for local arts and cultural organizations.

Public Artist Roster

The City of Lee's Summit, Cultural Arts Division, maintains a Public Artist Roster that is used to select artists for new projects. Inclusion in the roster does not guarantee a commission of work.

Artists selected for this roster can complete works of art for the public sphere, this can include but is not limited to sculpture, murals, site-specific, and performance.
