The City Clerk's office is the custodian of records and responsible for preparing, updating and maintaining the Code of Ordinances for the City of Lee's Summit.
The clerks work closely with Administration to prepare and update the City Council on meeting agendas, packets and minutes. Citizens can also submit official open records requests to the City Clerk's Office.
