City Crews Set to Complete Treating Streets Today, Wed., Jan. 27

As pavement temperatures increased and snow started melting, plowing no longer became necessary and crews began treating secondary and residential streets with salt. Crews are set to complete treating residential streets this afternoon.

A refreeze of wet pavements is possible overnight into Thursday, Jan. 28. Even with treated streets, drivers should use caution especially on elevated surfaces such as bridges and overpasses.
