Residents and businesses may hire the trash hauler of their choice. Monthly rates vary from hauler to hauler. All licensed* trash haulers can offer yard waste pickup and are required to provide curbside recycling services to residents upon request. Additional fees apply for curbside yard waste and/or recycling collection services.
*All haulers must be licensed with the City to do business in the City.

Drop-off Recycling
Drop-off recycling is offered at the South Recycling Center in the City's Resource Recovery Park, 2011 SE Hamblen Rd. The South Recycling Center is operated by the City's contractor Summit Transfer. These bins were funded by a grant from the Mid-America Regional Council-Solid Waste Management District and the Missouri Department of Natural Resources. There is no fee to utilize this service.
