Chipman Road Traffic Changes Set for Aug. 7

Changes to local traffic access on Chipman Road between View High Drive and Bent Tree Drive are expected to begin on Wednesday, Aug. 7. The section of Chipman Road from Cedar Creek Lane to just west of the pedestrian bridge will open to local traffic, while the sections of Chipman Road from View High Drive to Cedar Creek Lane and just west of the pedestrian bridge to Bent Tree Drive will close. The new entrance to Cedar Creek Lane is expected to be complete at the same time, and traffic from the Cedar Creek subdivision will be routed through the Edgewood Trail subdivision to View High Drive.

Section of Northeast Country Lane Set for Closures Beginning Wednesday, July 24

Beginning Wednesday, July 24, a section of Northeast Country Lane between Northeast Clubhouse Drive and Northeast Oak Tree Drive is set to have intermittent daily closures from approximately 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Beginning Monday, July 29, it will fully close for approximately two weeks. These closures are necessary for stormwater improvements. The detour route includes Northeast Clubhouse Drive and Northeast Oak Tree Drive.

Section of Northeast Ash Street Set to Close Monday, July 22

A section of Northeast Ash Street between Northeast Grand Avenue and Northeast Short Street is set to close to through traffic on Monday, July 22, and will remain closed for approximately two weeks. The closure is necessary for pavement restoration after stormwater improvements were completed. The detour route includes Northeast Short Street and Northeast Grand Avenue. All work is weather permitting and the schedule is subject to change.

Section of Southeast Johnson Street Set to Close Monday, July 8

A section of Southeast Johnson Street between Southeast Second and Southeast Third streets is set to close on Monday, July 8, for approximately two months. The closure is necessary for continued infrastructure work associated with the Downtown Market Plaza project. The detour route includes Southeast Grand Avenue, Southeast Third Street, Southeast Douglas Street, and Southeast Second Street.

All work is weather permitting and schedules are subject to change.
