The closure of SE Second Street has been extended to SE Green Street. The section of SE 2nd Street from SE Green to SE Eastridge streets is now expected to remain closed through mid-May. Intermittent closures of SE Eastridge Street at SE Second Street are still expected while sanitary sewer work takes place. These closures are necessary for work associated with the Downtown Market Plaza project. City Hall Plaza will also be closed beginning April 1, and will remain closed through the duration of the project. All work is weather permitting and schedules are subject to change.

The plaza area in front of City Hall at 220 SE Green Street is set to close on Monday, April 1, for construction as part of the Downtown Market Plaza project. Parking on the west side of SE Green Street in front of City Hall is also set to close. The north entrance to City Hall in the plaza will close, but the south entrance will remain open for emergency access. The plaza area will remain closed through the duration of the project.

A section of nearby SE 2^nd Street remains closed through approximately mid-May.

 

A section of NE Hagan Road at NE Maguire Boulevard is set to close today, and will remain closed for approximately one week. The closure is necessary for sanitary sewer work. The detour route includes NE Jones Industrial Drive and NE Independence Avenue.

This work is being completed by a private contractor and is development related. All work is weather permitting and schedules are subject to change.

 

A section of SE Johnson Street at SE Cooper Street is set to close on March 7 for approximately a week and a half. This is for work related to the Downtown Market Plaza. Work is weather permitting and schedules are subject to change.

This closure is south of the SE Second Street closure that begins March 4.
