The intersection of Northeast Orchard Street and Southbound Northeast Independence Avenue is closed daily from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. for approximately three weeks for utility work. Southbound Northeast Independence Avenue is closed at Northeast Orchard Street, and Northeast Orchard Street is closed just west of Northeast Independence Avenue. Northbound Northeast Independence Avenue is open to traffic. All work is weather permitting and schedules are subject to change.

Work may start as early as this week, and is expected to take place a block at a time. Some detours may be needed depending on conditions.
