There will be lane closures on NE Chipman Road between NE Balboa Avenue and NE Rice Road as well. Lane closures will continue for the duration of the permit until Nov. 6. Drivers should follow the posted detours. This is utility work by a private contractor for the installation of a new gas main. All work is weather permitting and schedules are subject to change.
