Repairs to the roundabout at Southwest Arborwalk Boulevard and Southwest Arboridge Drive are set to begin the week of July 28. A section of Southwest Arborwalk Boulevard between Southwest Arbormist Drive and Southwest Arboridge Drive will be closed, and sections of both Southwest Arborwalk Boulevard and Southwest Arboridge Drive will be closed to thru traffic. Michael VanBuskirk Named Citizen of the Year

Section of Northeast Hagan Road Set to Close Monday, July 14

A section of Northeast Hagan Road between Northeast Strother Road and Northeast Jones Industrial Drive is set to close Monday, July 14, for utility work. Evergy is placing power across Hagan, and work is permitted until August 22. The detour route includes Northeast Strother Road, Northeast Independence Avenue, and Northeast Jones Industrial Drive. All work is weather permitting and subject to change.
