Crews will be completing primary streets, then secondary streets, and expect to be in residential streets tomorrow morning. Winds are blowing the dry snow around, creating small drifts. Extremely low temperatures are expected over the next few days, which will limit the effectiveness of salt treatments on streets, and snow will continue to be packed to streets even after being plowed and treated. Sunshine and warmer temperatures over the weekend will help with additional melting.
