If snow remains light, they will move into secondary streets. More snow is expected throughout the day today and overnight into Sunday, Jan. 25. Crews will continue plowing and treating streets. While snow is falling, crews prioritize primary streets and then secondary streets. After accumulating snow ends, crews will plow and treat all streets. The City will continue to monitor the weather forecast and update its response accordingly. Section of Northeast Rice Road Set to Close Monday, Nov. 17 Section of Northeast Rice Road Set to Close Monday, Nov. 17 A section of Northeast Rice Road between Northeast Colbern Road and Northeast Mulberry Avenue is set to close on Monday, November 17, for approximately three weeks. The hard closure will be between 1707 and 1725 Northeast Rice Road. The detour route includes Northeast Mulberry Avenue, Northeast Independence Avenue, and Northeast Colbern Road. The closure is necessary for water main rehabilitation work.
