This includes the use of fire pits, patio fireplaces, and other open-flame appliances for such activities. These appliances may only be used with seasoned firewood. Residents are encouraged to properly dispose of leaves by either mulching or bagging them for collection by their designated waste hauler. The hard closure will be between 1707 and 1725 Northeast Rice Road. The detour route includes Northeast Mulberry Avenue, Northeast Independence Avenue, and Northeast Colbern Road.
