Crews Set to Complete Plowing and Treating Residential Streets Today, Friday, Feb. 19

The City’s crews are set to complete plowing and treating residential streets today, Friday, Feb. 19. Residential streets are more than 80% complete and crews should finish around mid-day. Snow remains packed to some streets even after being plowed and treated, but warmer temperatures and sun will help with additional melting.

City crews have completed plowing and treating primary streets, and are currently plowing and treating secondary streets and some residential streets. City's Crews Scheduled to Treat Streets Sun., Dec. 2, and Overnight Into Mon., Dec. 3

City crews are scheduled to treat streets late tonight, Sun., Dec. 2, and overnight into Mon., Dec. 3. With light snow expected, streets may become slick as pavement temperatures fall below freezing overnight and into the Monday morning commute. Residents should use caution at intersections and on elevated surfaces such as bridges and overpasses. The City will continue to monitor the weather forecast and update its response accordingly.

Crews have completed plowing and treating primary and secondary roadways as of late afternoon, Monday, Nov. 26 and have moved on to residential streets. Overnight temperatures are expected to dip into the teens which will cause wet roadways to become slick. Please use care navigating streets and bridges.
