NW Timberview Drive Road Closed NW Timberview Drive Road Closed NW Timberview Drive will be closed during the day from 7:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. beginning today, Oct. 5, 2026, for a storm pipe replacement. The daytime closure will be south of NW Shady Bend Lane (Shady Bend will remain open). Outside of that timeframe, crews will place steel plates over the exposed area to open the road back up. The estimated time of construction is two weeks.

Sections of NE Magellan Avenue Set to Close Monday, Oct. 12 Sections of NE Magellan Avenue Set to Close Monday, Oct. 12 Sections of NE Magellan Avenue north and south of NE Chipman Road are set to close on Monday, Oct. 12, for approximately one week. There will be lane closures on NE Chipman Road between NE Balboa Avenue and NE Rice Road as well. Lane closures will continue for the duration of the permit until Nov. 6. Drivers should follow the posted detours.
Revised NW Quarry Park Road Detour Route Revised NW Quarry Park Road Detour Route A revised NW Quarry Park Road detour route will be established by the end of the day Wednesday, Sept. 30, to provide access to NW Clifford Road. The route will be in place indefinitely, and will not need to be changed during inclement weather such as ice and snow. The route bypasses a closed section of NW Quarry Park Road and goes through Clarkson Construction Company property.
