Sections of Southeast Douglas and Southeast First streets are set to close daily from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. beginning Monday, October 27, for utility work at the intersection. Work is permitted through November 7. The hard closures are on the south side of the intersection in the southbound lane of Southeast Douglas Street, and in the eastbound lane of Southeast First Street on either side of its intersection with Southeast Douglas Street.
