Itty Bitty Site Supervisor

Help LSPR develop little champions! This position is perfect for someone who is interested in a teaching career path!

Lee’s Summit Parks and Recreation is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Itty-Bitty Instructor to join the dynamic team at Lee’s Summit Parks & Recreation. This position will be working Saturday mornings. Responsibilities include monitoring fields/courts, providing exceptional customer service to children and parents, running the program for the entire 45-minute session for several sessions, encouraging children, maintaining the environment's safety, and ensuring a good experience for the children.  

Minimum qualifications include basic sports knowledge, including soccer, baseball, football, and basketball. Candidates must be at least 16 years of age. Preferred candidates will have experience in sports, coaching, and working with kids. 

Develop verbal and non-verbal skillsets, as well as teamwork techniques and adaptability. This position will be scheduled 5-10 hours a week, working primarily Saturday morning – early afternoon.
