Facility Supervisor/Hartman Park (Sunday Shift)

 

Are you well-organized and interested in sports? Hiring for Facility Supervisor to join the dynamic team at Hartman Park. This position will require Sunday afternoon and evening hours and will be scheduled 5-12 hours per week.

Serving as the primary point of contact for patron services, this individual assists patrons with inquiries and other related needs. They are responsible for monitoring and overseeing all aspects of facility operations, including adult athletics leagues. Additionally, they handle the facility's opening and closing and related services, general maintenance needs, and equipment check-in/check-out to patrons and officials, ensuring the equipment is in safe and usable condition. Responsible for reporting equipment maintenance repair and replacement needs to the supervisor for processing.

This position maintains records and files related to facility operations and prepares reports as needed, including but not limited to score sheets and incident/accident reports. They will administer minor first aid to patrons and officials and contact emergency services when necessary in the event of escalated emergency needs. Upholding safety standards, they adhere to LSPR guidelines, policies, and procedures. Participating in regularly scheduled staff meetings, they enforce LSPR rules and regulations. LSPR Facility Supervisors develop organizational, team building, and attention to detail skills. This is a fantastic position for those interested in a business management or sales field.

Minimum qualifications include high school diploma/GED. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and have one year of experience in customer service.  Preferred candidates will have CPR/AED certification.

Compensation: $14.80 per hour.
