City Crews Treating Residential Streets this Afternoon

The City’s crews are treating residential streets with salt this afternoon. Higher pavement temperatures have helped to melt most of the snow that has fallen on streets so far. Another band of moderate snow is expected this evening around 6 p.m. Temperatures are expected to drop and accumulating snow of a dusting to one inch is likely. A crew will report tonight for the overnight shift, and snow operations are likely to conclude Friday morning.

The City will continue to monitor the weather and update its response as needed.
