UtilityPay Customer Portal

As of May 19, customers will have access to UtilityPay, a new online bill payment system. The new system will offer a faster, easier and more convenient customer experience. UtilityPay will replace Utility LINK, the former online payment solution. Customers who currently have an account on Utility LINK will need to create an account via the UtilityPay customer portal to access all system features.

Other forms of payment will continue to be available including cash, check, credit and debit card in-person or by mail, and online bank pay from a checking or savings account.

Automated Phone Payment System

The new payment platform provides customers the ability to make a payment by phone with a credit card, debit card or e-check.

A $2.95 fee will apply to credit and debit card payments. This fee is assessed and collected by our third-party vendor.

Yes. Payments are accepted using the following:

Yes. Schedule payments with the option of specific frequencies, amounts and payment. A $2.95 fee will apply to credit and debit card payments. This fee is assessed and collected by our third-party vendor. 

Yes. You must register a new account and select the paperless billing feature. This must be selected in the new system, even if you received paperless billing in the old system (Utility LINK).

Yes. You can make a payment without registering an account. There is an option to make a one-time payment on the homepage of the new system. Select Pay Now to enter account information and make payment.

Yes. Customers can view and pay multiple accounts at one time

Yes. Safely save credit card and bank account information for easy access and use.

 

Customers with an account on the old bill payment system (Utility LINK) must create a new account to access all the features on UtilityPay. Customers will need their account and customer number from their water bill to create a login and password on the new system.
