Online Bill Payment

Bills are due and payable on the billing date. A late fee of 5% is assessed on the total outstanding balance as of the due date.

Online Bill Payment: UtilityPay provides safe, secure and convenient online access to accounts, electronic bill sign-up and consumption history.

Direct Debit Payments or Bank Draft (ACH): Monthly payments can be automatically deducted from a bank account. Sign up by completing the Authorization Agreement for Direct Payments (ACH Debits). There is no fee for this service.

*You must save the ACH form first before entering any information. Otherwise, once saved the document will appear blank.

Mail: Detach the remittance stub located in the lower portion of the bill, enclose payment in the envelope provided and return it to Water Utilities.

In Person: Payments are accepted in person at Water Utilities and City Hall Treasury from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. Bring the remittance stub located in the lower portion of the bill for easier processing.

Night Depository: Drop boxes are located at the front door of Water Utilities (1200 SE Hamblen Rd.), City Hall's north entrance (220 SE Green St.) and in the alley between City Hall (220 SE Green Street) and Fire Headquarters (207 SE Douglas St.). Payments placed in drop boxes will be posted the following business day.

Telephone: Payments are processed through a safe, secure and convenient telephone system 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Call 833.343.4840 and follow the prompts.

Online Banking: Payments through an online banking system, must use the online banking acct # located on the front of the bill and a remittance address of Lee's Summit Water Utilities - 1200 SE Hamblen Road 64081. There is no fee for this service.

Payment Arrangements

Payment arrangements can be made for qualified customers on past-due bills by calling 969.1900. Payment arrangements are not allowed for accounts that have been shut off.
