Fireworks Sales
A Fireworks Sales Permit is required for the retail sale of fireworks. The application is only accepted in the spring of each year for a limited amount of time by the Development Services Department. A limited number of permits are issued each year and permits must be displayed on the premises. Vendors are asked to contact Development Services at 816.969.1200 for more information.
