Blasting Permit 

All contractors or developers intending to perform blasting operations shall obtain a blasting permit application from the City unless they meet the exemption under the State of Missouri's Blasting Safety Act 319.342 RSMo, Subsection 7.

Infrastructure Permits

When additions or alterations to existing infrastructure are part of a proposed development, plans must be approved and construction inspected by Public Works Inspections.

Land Disturbance Permit

Site grading may or may not require a permit, depending on the square footage of land being disturbed and the changes (if any) to the natural drainage of the property.
