The public parking lot at 121 SE 3rd St. in downtown Lee’s Summit, commonly referred to as the Arnold Hall parking lot, is set to close on Monday, March 21, weather permitting, and is expected to remain closed until June. The alley off of SE Green St. will be used during construction and will be closed most of the time. The alley off of 3rd Street will have intermittent closures; access will be maintained to the Vogue parking garage.
