Pryor Road Project Update - Intersection of Hook and Pryor Roads Set to Now Close Wed., August 12

The intersection of Hook and Pryor roads is set to close for ninety days beginning Wed., Aug. 12. The detour route for Hook Road includes Horridge Road, M-150 Highway, and Ward Road. The detour route for Pryor Road includes M-150 Highway, Ward Road and Longview Road.

Before the intersection closes, the section of Pryor Road between Eagle View Drive and Eagle Creek Drive will reopen to traffic. Pryor Road will be open one lane in each direction between Scherer and the intersection closure. The north entrance/exit of Eagle Creek Drive at Pryor Road remains closed due to a utility conflict.

Following the completion of work at the Hook and Pryor roads intersection, work will begin on Pryor Road between Eagle Creek Drive and River Run Drive. The overall project is anticipated to be completed in summer 2027.
