Finance and Budget Committee to Review Recommended Balanced FY27 Budget Monday

The City of Lee’s Summit is continuing its FY27 budget process. The Finance and Budget Committee will meet on Monday, May 18. The meeting packet is available on the City’s website and includes the City’s recommended balanced FY27 budget with proposed operational reductions.

No final decisions have been made. Final budget decisions will occur through future City Council action.

During Monday’s meeting, the Finance and Budget Committee will review the information, ask questions, and provide direction as the City continues preparing the FY27 budget.

The City will continue sharing updates as the budget process moves forward. Residents are encouraged to use the City website as their source for official information.
