The public will have an opportunity to view project plans and exhibits and provide feedback. There will be no formal presentation and the hearing will be open house style; the public can come and go as schedules allow. Construction is expected to begin in summer 2024, and be completed in late fall 2025. Funding includes the Capital Improvement Sales Tax, a Congestion Mitigation and Air Quality (CMAQ) federal grant, and water and sewer funds.
