The business office at Fire Headquarters will be closed on June 19, 2024, from 2 PM to 5 PM and All Day on June 20, 2024, so that our personnel may attend Captain Gene Martin's visitation and funeral services. Our mutual aid partners will provide coverage in our city during that time to ensure no interruption in emergency services.

To celebrate Earth Month, the City of Lee’s Summit is hosting Stream Team and RecycleFEST to address litter in our waterways and support recycling.
