Evening and Overnight Closures for Southwest Persels Road

***UPDATE*** The closure on Tuesday, Dec. 8, will begin at 6 p.m., and the work on Wed/Thurs Dec. 9-10 has been canceled.

Evening and overnight closures are scheduled from Dec. 6 through Dec. 10 for Southwest Persels Road at Southwest Market Street. The roadway will be open to traffic during daytime hours. The construction work is necessary for a water main tie-in as part of the Jefferson Street Improvements project. Previously scheduled work at this location was delayed due to unforeseen circumstances.

The closures are scheduled to take place from approximately 5 p.m. on Dec. 6 until 5 a.m. on Dec. 7; 8 p.m. on Dec. 7 until 5 a.m. on Dec. 8; 8 p.m. on Dec. 8 until 5 a.m. on Dec. 9; and 8 p.m. on Dec. 9 until 5 a.m. on Dec. 10. All work is weather-dependent and schedules are subject to change.
