The public is invited to the groundbreaking ceremony for the Joint Operations Facility! Date: November 8 Time: 10:30 a.m. Location: 2 NE Tudor Road (behind Police Headquarters) This facility is made possible through the 2023 No Tax Increase Bond in partnership with the state of Missouri. It will serve as the future home of Fire Administration and Training, as well as the City's Emergency Operations and Communications Centers.
