“My creations are the physical manifestation of my dreams, thoughts, and personal experiences expressed through a meticulous exploration of process and material. Nature is the main inspiration for this work, as I enjoy hiking, floating, and camping.”

Nick Willett is a mixed-media sculptor based in downtown Springfield Missouri. His artistic style is diverse, though centered around his vast experience and knowledge of welding and iron work.

City Crews Set to Continue Plowing and Treating Residential Streets Today, Monday, Jan. 26

The City’s crews are set to continue plowing and treating residential streets today, Monday, Jan. 26. Crews worked in residential streets overnight and this morning, and will continue until all streets are plowed and treated. Sunshine and warmer temperatures will help melt snow packed to pavements; however, slushy conditions may refreeze overnight with colder temperatures. Drivers should use caution especially during the morning commute.

City Crews Set to Continue Plowing and Treating Streets Today, Sunday, Jan. 25

The City’s crews are set to continue plowing and treating streets today, Sunday, Jan. 25. Overnight crews plowed and treated primary streets, and are currently plowing and treating secondary streets. Some drifting occurred, and primary streets are being checked and may need re-plowed. Once secondary streets are complete, and any primary streets that need re-plowed are complete, crews will move into residential streets. READ MORE -->

Crews Plowing and Treating Streets Today, Saturday, Jan. 24

The City’s crews finished pre-treating streets last night before the snow started, and they are plowing and treating primary streets while snow is falling this morning Saturday, Jan. 24. If snow remains light, they will move into secondary streets. More snow is expected throughout the day today and overnight into Sunday, Jan. 25. Crews will continue plowing and treating streets.
