NW Chipman Road Improvements Project Traffic Changes Set for Sept. 5

Construction on the NW Chipman Road Improvements project is progressing and the new connection of NW Ashurst Drive to View High Drive is set to open on Tuesday, Sept. 5. After NW Ashurst Drive opens, NW Edgewood Drive will close until December 2023. Traffic typically using NW Edgewood Drive to NW Chipman Road will detour on NW Ashurst Drive to View High Drive.

Also on Sept. 5, the extended closure area will be expanded to include the section of NW Chipman Road from east of Cedar Creek Lane to west of the one-lane railroad bridge at the Rock Island Trail. Local access will be maintained at all times. All work is weather permitting and schedules are subject to change.

The section of NW Chipman Road between View High Drive and NW Bent Tree Drive, previously closed to through traffic on July 31, will remain closed to through traffic until the completion of the project in spring 2025. Section of Northeast Country Lane Set for Closures Beginning Wednesday, July 24

Beginning Wednesday, July 24, a section of Northeast Country Lane between Northeast Clubhouse Drive and Northeast Oak Tree Drive is set to have intermittent daily closures from approximately 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Beginning Monday, July 29, it will fully close for approximately two weeks. These closures are necessary for stormwater improvements. The detour route includes Northeast Clubhouse Drive and Northeast Oak Tree Drive.

On June 24, a section of Arboridge Drive will close between Missouri 150 Highway and Southwest Arborwalk Boulevard for the construction of a southbound turn lane.
