Northwest Olive and Northwest Orchards streets are set to close to through traffic beginning, Monday, March 2, until October 2026. Northwest Central Street and Northeast Main Street also will be closed to through traffic. These initial closures are to minimize traffic while crews begin tree clearing and utility work. Local access will be maintained.

The City has a small crew scheduled to report at 7 p.m. tonight, Sunday, March 1, to monitor conditions and treat streets with salt as needed Sunday night and overnight into Monday, March 2. READ MORE -->

A section of northbound Northeast Independence Avenue between Northeast Orchard Street and Northeast Columbus Street will be closed from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Tuesday, February 24, for utility work. The detour route includes Northeast Orchard Street, Northeast Corder Avenue, and Northeast Columbus Street. All work is weather permitting and schedules are subject to change.

Sections of Northeast Douglas Street at Northeast Ash Street and at Northeast Forest Avenue will be closed daily from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday, February 18, through Friday, February 20, for sewer camera work by a utility contractor.
