Tour de Lakes Returns for its 23rd Year – A Scenic Ride with a Purpose

Lee’s Summit, MO – Lee’s Summit Parks and Recreation invites cyclists of all ages and skill levels to take part in the 23rd Annual Tom Logan Memorial Tour de Lakes on Saturday, June 21, 2025, beginning at 7:00 a.m.

This fully supported cycling event offers multiple route options, allowing participants to choose the experience that best suits them—from a leisurely 10-mile loop around Longview Lake to a more challenging 64-mile journey that takes riders past all five of the area’s beautiful lakes: Longview, Raintree, Lakewood, Blue Springs, and Lake Jacomo.

Early registration is now open, with discounted pricing available through June 20:

  • $32 for riders ages 13 and under
  • $37 for riders ages 14 and up

Starting June 21, registration fees will increase to $37 for youth and $42 for adults.

Safety is a top priority. All participants must wear helmets, and an adult must accompany riders under 18. A signed waiver is required for all riders before participation.

More than a ride, Tour de Lakes is a cherished community tradition that brings together outdoor enthusiasts in support of local parks. Proceeds benefit the Legacy for LS Parks Foundation, helping enhance park facilities and recreational opportunities across Lee’s Summit. For more information or to register, visit www.tourdelakes.org or contact Lee’s Summit Parks & Recreation at 816-969-1500.
