Rain may change over to snow/sleet, and temperatures are expected to drop. High winds should dry out pavements; however, crews will be called in as needed to apply salt treatment in case any wet pavement refreezes. Drivers should be aware of the potential for refreeze especially on elevated surfaces such as bridges and overpasses.
