City Crews Set to Continue Plowing and Treating Residential Streets

The City’s crews are set to continue plowing and treating residential streets tonight and overnight into tomorrow, Wednesday, Dec. 3. The sun and warmer temperatures today helped ice and snow to melt, and pavement temperatures should remain above freezing until after midnight; however, streets are expected to refreeze as temperatures drop overnight. Drivers should use caution during the Wednesday morning commute, especially on elevated surfaces such as bridges and overpasses.
