The sun and warmer temperatures today helped ice and snow to melt, and pavement temperatures should remain above freezing until after midnight; however, streets are expected to refreeze as temperatures drop overnight. Drivers should use caution during the Wednesday morning commute, especially on elevated surfaces such as bridges and overpasses.
