Arnold Hall Parking Lot Closure Set for Wed., Sept. 24

The north end of the parking lot at 121 SE Third Street, commonly referred to as the Arnold Hall parking lot, is set to close at 6 a.m. on Wednesday, September 24. It will be closed for approximately three days and is expected to reopen by the end of the business day Friday, September 26. The closure is necessary so a contractor can address settlement of pavers in the parking lot. Barricades will be placed in the locations marked with red lines on the aerial.

Northwest Olive and Northwest Orchards streets are set to close to through traffic beginning, Monday, March 2, until October 2026. Northwest Central Street and Northeast Main Street also will be closed to through traffic. These initial closures are to minimize traffic while crews begin tree clearing and utility work. Local access will be maintained.

The detour route includes Northeast Orchard Street, Northeast Corder Avenue, and Northeast Columbus Street. All work is weather permitting and schedules are subject to change.
