Northwest Olive and Northwest Orchard Streets Set to Close to Through Traffic Beginning Monday, March 2

Northwest Olive and Northwest Orchards streets are set to close to through traffic beginning, Monday, March 2, until October 2026. Northwest Central Street and Northeast Main Street also will be closed to through traffic. These initial closures are to minimize traffic while crews begin tree clearing and utility work. Local access will be maintained.

All work is weather permitting and schedules are subject to change.

The work is necessary as part of the Olive and Orchard Road and Stormwater Improvements project. For more information, contact the Public Works Department at 816.969.1800 or publicworks@cityofLS.net.
