Section of Northeast Hagan Road Closed Daily this Week

A section of Northeast Hagan Road between Northeast Strother Road and Northeast Jones Industrial Drive will be closed daily from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. this week. The detour route includes Northeast Jones Industrial Drive, Northeast Independence Avenue, and Northeast Strother Road.

The closure is necessary for a contractor to pull cables in a new conduit. All work is weather permitting and schedules are subject to change.

Update: This closure is postponed until Chipman Road is opened at U.S. Route 50. Until Chipman Road is open in that location, a work zone is set to be in place on NW O’Brien Road west of NW Ward Road that allows two-way traffic and includes a lane shift.
