City Crews Set to Complete Plowing Today, Fri., Dec. 23

The City’s crews have been plowing residential streets today, Fri., Dec. 23, and expect them to be completed later this afternoon. Crews will then return to hot spot areas, such as bridges and hills, to apply salt treatment, and expect to wrap up all operations by early evening. Snow will remain packed to some streets due to low temperatures. As pavement temperatures warm the next few days and additional melting occurs, overnight refreezes are possible and streets may be slick. Drivers should continue to use caution throughout the weekend.
