Closures for Sections of SW 2nd Street from SW Lakeview Boulevard to SW Blue Parkway
Closures are expected daily for sections of SW 2nd Street from SW Lakeview Boulevard to SW Blue Parkway until approximately July 1, weather permitting.
The first closure began May 23, for the section of SW 2nd Street from SW Lakeview Boulevard to SW Noel Street. This closure is scheduled daily from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. Following completion of the work in that location, and tentatively set to begin June 23, a closure is expected for the section of SW 2nd Street from SW Noel Street to SW Blue Parkway. This closure is scheduled daily from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
This construction is necessary for water main replacement. Drivers should detour to SW 3rd Street for both closures.
