Crews completed primary and secondary streets earlier today. While the sun helped with some melting today, extremely cold temperatures continue to limit the effectiveness of salt and snow remains packed to pavements even after being plowed and treated. Sunshine and warmer temperatures over the weekend will help with additional melting.
