The public parking lot at 121 SE 3rd St. in downtown Lee’s Summit, commonly referred to as the Arnold Hall parking lot, is set to close on Monday, March 21, weather permitting, and is expected to remain closed until June. MoDOT US 50 Bridges over Chipman Road Project
The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) plans to replace the U.S. 50 bridges over Chipman Road in Lee's Summit beginning March 21. These bridges have reached the end of their service life and must be replaced. In addition to the new bridges, sidewalks will be provided on both sides of Chipman Road through the interchange providing new critical connections for pedestrians. All work is weather permitting.
