Access into the City Hall parking lot and garage from Southeast Green Street will be closed. Employees and visitors can enter the parking lot and garage from the alley just west of the garage off of Southeast Second Street. The closure is necessary for continued work on the Downtown Market Plaza project. All schedules are weather permitting and subject to change.
