Section of Westbound Chipman Road Set to Close March 11

Update 5/10/24: This section of westbound Chipman Road is back open; however, there will be some right lane closures during the day as work continues.

A section of westbound NW Chipman Road from NE Douglas Street to NW Donovan Road is set to close on Monday, March 11, and will remain closed for approximately two months. The detour route includes NE Douglas Street, NE Tudor Road, and NW Ward Road. NW Commerce Drive and NW Main Street will also be closed at NW Chipman Road and must be accessed from NW Commerce Drive off of NE Tudor Road.

This is private utility work to install a primary electrical duct bank and manholes, and is not associated with a City project. All work is weather permitting and schedules are subject to change.

City Crews Plowing and Treating Streets Today, Jan. 1

The City’s crews treated all streets with salt overnight and into today, Jan. 1, and have started plowing and treating primary streets. Trucks have also started making one pass on residential streets while the snow continues to fall.
