Section of Southeast Flagstone Drive Set to Close Daily Beginning Monday, Jan. 12

Section of Southeast Flagstone Drive Set to Close Daily Beginning Monday, Jan. 12

A section of Southeast Flagstone Drive between Southeast Todd George Parkway and Southeast Annette Street is set to close daily from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. beginning Monday, Jan. 12, through Monday, Jan. 19. The detour route includes Southeast Greystone Drive, Southeast Third Street, Southeast Flagstone Drive, Southeast Lana Street and Southeast Fifth Street.

The closure is necessary to relocate a section of water main as part of the EFLB Area 3 and 4 Stormwater Project.

All work is weather permitting and schedules are subject to change.

The Southeast Green Street entrance into the Lee’s Summit City Hall parking lot and garage is expected to reopen this afternoon Thursday, Sept. 26, and will remain open through the weekend for the Oktoberfest event. A section of Southwest Market Street between Southwest First and Second streets is closed. Length of closure is unknown at this time but currently permitted through Nov. 8.
