Section of SW Sampson Road Set for Daily Closure Beginning March 4

Update: This SW Sampson Road closure has been rescheduled to the week of March 11. Work is weather dependent and subject to change.

A section of SW Sampson Road between SW Hook Road/E 139th Street and SW Scherer Road is set to close to through traffic daily from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. beginning March 4, and lasting for approximately two days. Work is weather dependent and subject to change; permit is approved for the entire week March 4-8.

The full closure will be at the one-lane bridge. The detour route includes SW Scherer Road, SW Pryor Road, and SW Hook Road. The closure is necessary for a contractor to complete borings for soil and rock samples.
