The intersection of Southeast Third and Southeast Johnson streets is now open.

The section of Southeast Third Street between Southeast Green and Southeast Johnson streets remains closed but is expected to open by the end of this week.

 

A section of Southwest Market Street between Southwest Second Street and Northwest Maple Street is set to close to thru traffic on Monday, April 7, and will remain closed for approximately three weeks, weather permitting. Local and emergency access will be maintained at all times. READ MORE -->

 

The City of Lee’s Summit is hosting a public meeting for the Pryor Road Improvements project from 4:30-6:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 3, at Fire Station 7, 2150 SW Scherer Road, Lee’s Summit, MO  64082. The meeting is an opportunity for the public to learn more about the Pryor Road Improvements from Longview Road to Hook Road and to meet the contractor, Clarkson Construction Company. READ MORE -->

A section of Southwest Third Street between Southwest Highland Street and Southwest Lakeview Boulevard is closed for emergency utility repairs. The work is permitted through Friday, March 21. This closure is in the section of Southwest Third Street already closed to thru traffic for the Southwest Third and Southwest Jefferson streets intersection closure. Drivers should follow the posted detour at Southwest Blue Parkway.  

A section of Southwest Sampson Road between Southwest Scherer and Southwest Hook roads is set to close to thru traffic on Wednesday, March 19, and will remain closed until approximately mid-October 2025, for two phases of the Sampson Road Stormwater Improvements project. READ MORE -->
