Update on Closures Associated with the Oldham Village Development

Update on Closures Associated with the Oldham Village Development

Sections of Southwest Oldham Parkway and Southwest Jefferson Street (in green on the map below) have been partially open, but will fully close again on Monday, Oct. 13, for approximately one month. The detour ties in with the existing detour for the closure of Southwest Oldham Parkway between Southwest Allendale Boulevard and the Southwest Oldham Parkway exit from Route 291.

In addition, a section of Southwest Market Street north of Southwest Persels Road is closed for reconstruction.

These closures are necessary for work associated with the Oldham Village development.

All schedules are weather permitting and subject to change.

Update: This closure has been extended by one week and will open by 5 p.m. on Monday, February 17, 2025.

A section of Southwest Second Street between Southwest Noel and Market streets is set to close on Monday, Feb. 3, for one week. The closure is necessary for rehabilitation to failing sanitary sewer manholes located in the street. The detour route includes Southwest Noel Street, Southwest Third Street, and Southwest Market Street.
